All is Well
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28.
Fervent can be defined as having or displaying a passionate intensity: Have you ever felt your heart pulled from one side to the other: heavy on one side and thankful on the other? I meet with a group of faithful women in prayer once a week, we receive numerous request: and we encounter needs that reach far beyond what our minds foresee in healing, restoration, or deliverance… and yes it tugs at the heart; but we come to the throne of grace in faith, with thanksgiving, hope, and peace, knowing that our sovereign and almighty God, knows every single individual by name… and all is well! “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28.
As we humble ourselves in prayer …our hearts become lifted with the hope and peace that God has the ultimate plan for every single petition; He sees and knows just what every last one of us stand in need of at any given moment; and the Holy Spirit ushers in the sweet assurance that all is well… reminding us that God will provide His protective covering of love, comfort and peace to the hurting soul. “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” Psalm 91:1.
So, whether interceding for others or ourselves; let us remember, that regardless to how rough the road may be… we have a God who cares- and if His eye is on a tiny sparrow-then we can have the confidence in knowing that He watches over every one of His beloved children. “But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.” Matthew 10:30-31.
My friends, we walk this journey of life by faith…not by what our weary eyes may see…for Psalm 23:1 state “The Lord is my shepherd, and I shall not want;” the Great Shepherd of the sheep…has us safe under the arms of His protective care!
Let us thank God for giving us the time and space on this side of life today; and may He help us to continue steadfast in prayer for all those in need, having hearts that love and look beyond each other faults, for truly this is what His amazing grace has done for us all… He looked beyond my faults and saw my needs…praise be to God, all is well …all is well!
God blessings of love and mercy be with us all.
