Absolutely Nothing!
“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39.
We have a sweet relief in knowing that God provides all that we need to conqueror the adversities that we face in this life; especially when the ploy of our archenemy the devil tries to make us feel defeated, inadequate, or even hopeless when we just can’t see our way through …but the word of the Lord tells us different!
Jesus’ finishing work on the cross one Friday afternoon covered it all…matter of fact after His resurrection He stated these words: “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” Matthew 28:18.
I ask you then…what are you facing today that God cannot handle- debilitating or unknown health issues…He’s the Great Physician- the Healer of Healer, the Great I AM- “Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.” Psalm 34:19. and yes, when all the bills are due, and you don’t know when the money will come through… remember this promise “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:19.
And just in case the enemy has you thinking that somehow you really messed up this time… went too far…stayed too late the Psalmist reminds us “If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I makemy bed in hell, behold, thou art there” Psalm 139:8… or he plants a seed of doubt that you are just too weak to handle your present circumstance-embrace Jesus comforting words in and through all things… “And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.”2 Corinthians 12:9.
Absolutely Nothing… can separate us from the love of God!
