Amazing!
“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20.
Amazing is causing great surprise or wonder; astonishing: totally beyond all expectations. God is so amazing…He shows up when we least expect it and delivers just what we need right on time! It is who He is…the sovereign of the universe, the Great I AM, the One true and living God!
The singer Vicky Yohe sings a song entitled “Because of Who You Are.” One stanza state: Lord, I worship you because of who you are! I am a living witness that He is my Prince of Peace and Jehovah Jireh- He provides when there seems to be no way!
The word of God never leaves us oblivious to who He is… Timothy expressed his worship such as this: “Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.” 1 Timothy 1:17. Praise God He is Elohim-the eternal and everlasting God, our Creator!
Whatever mental space you may be in at this moment…put your focus on the peacemaker and the One who has divine providence over all things…and if you stay close to the foot of the cross, He will strengthen you in the inward man, giving you the ability to see beyond the cares and concerns of this world, seeing His goodness and mercy manifested in the very things that surrounds us-especially in and through you His precious jewel!
My friends when you know the One who creates and controls all that you can imagine; what is that you need He will not provide? Absolutely nothing…Ephesian 3:20-21 state “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.”
So, rest in the knowledge of His amazing grace and love; He succors, sustains, and safely keeps His beloved children now and forever… trust, believe and surrender all to the Great Shepherd of the sheep our amazing God!
Blessings and peace to all!
