His Praise Shall Continually Be in My Mouth!

“From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.” Psalm 113:3

Can you say this morning that you will praise the Lord in all that you go through? The scripture tells us “From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord’s name is to be praised.” Psalm 113:3. It is not predicated on whether we need healing in our bodies, or food on our tables… we are admonished to “Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.” Psalm 33: 1.

Praise is due to our faithful and Almighty God … why? Because He is the one who will deliver, heal, and give us the breakthrough that we need. All things are possible in Him, so even when our backs are up against the wall…praise is the ointment that soothes our souls!

The enemy of our souls desires to hinder and stop us from giving praise to God…he wants us to focus on the things that seem impossible and hopeless; but we have a hope that is sure…so let us lift our hands and voices, bowing down to worship our merciful and gracious Heavenly Father right at this very moment; without fail we will experience His  miraculously release of the burdens that press on our hearts, giving us a peace that no human mind can explain!

It is true that all things are level at the foot of the cross, every need, no matter how great or small, are met by the lovingkindness of the One true and living God. The rich, poor, educated, uneducated, downcast, or even if you think you have it all together… we all answer to the same God. He is sovereign and all things move according to His divine providence. His love is unconditional and freely given to whosoever will humble themselves and seek Him. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.

To bless means to praise, honor, reverence and worship God . . . the phrase When praises go up, blessings come down is a welcoming promise to the heart. Haven’t you been truly down and just started to think on the goodness of God- or truly thankful for His goodness and mercy? It opens the mental space and consumes us with the nearness and presence of God, who is closer than the very air that we breathe-He is good and His mercy endureth forever!

Jack Taylor’s commentary in his book The Hallelujah Factor; states “When we praise, productivity is maximized, fulfillment is realized, and frustration is neutralized” (p. 31). Praising God lifts up beyond the immediate cares of this world and takes us into the spiritual realm…there our hearts are enlightened and are instanteously blessed beyond measure!

Therefore my friends, “I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.” Psalms 34:1.

God blessings and peace be to all…praise ye the Lord!
